
The Bal Gurukul Project of Indian development foundation (IDF) is a social initiative aimed to empower underprivileged children through education and holistic development. This project focuses on bridging educational gaps and ensuring children from economically weaker sections have access to quality, life skills, and moral values. It is one of the IDF’s flagship programs, contributing significantly to its mission of “Serving for a Better Tomorrow.”
Our school has listed under this project as “Bhagat Singh Bal Gurukul”. The key objectives of this Project is to provide
supplementary education which offers after-school educational support to help students improve in academics. It covers core subjects like Mathematics, Science and Language. It also targets on the holistic development of the children which includes building life skills, self-confidence, and leadership qualities by conducting extracurricular activities such as sports, art, and cultural programs.
Moral and Value-Based Education is also considered under this projects which imparts lesson on ethics, discipline, and moral values. Children are encouraged to be a good citizen and provide service to the community. Our aims to nurture young minds and empower them to break the cycle of poverty through education and skills development.
